Deafhood Yoga: Be Yogaself® is the official application for the Deafhood Yoga community. It is a platform that aims to unite like-minded individuals to immerse themselves in Deaf-centered yoga through the beauty of sign language.

Upon joining the Deafhood Yoga app, participants can reconnect with themselves while engaging with hundreds of Deaf individuals, Allies, and kindred spirits from around the globe. Through live Deafhood Yoga classes, led by the globally recognized Yoga instructor Rajarajeshwari and her trademarked Yoga curriculum, 5 Petals of Life®, users can delve into the sacred practices and philosophies rooted in traditional Indian Yogic teachings.

The foundation of this essential Yoga practice, known as PRALM - which stands for Pranayama (Yogic Breathing), Relaxation, Asanas (Yogic Exercises), Lifestyle (Deafhood & Ayurveda), and Meditation - allows practitioners to connect with their inner energy and surroundings. By incorporating gratitude into their daily routines, individuals can achieve a sense of balance between Earth and Cosmos energies while fostering compassion and unity among humanity.

Through the Deafhood Yoga app, members have access to various courses such as Prenatal Yoga, 5 Petals of Life (Hatha Yoga), 8 Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga), 7 Chakras Yoga, and Stretch-In Yoga. The app also provides a range of features including certified Deaf yoga instructors, a Yoga Alliance certification for different Yoga practices, a Deafhood Facilitator, and a platform for individuals to share their stories and experiences.
